Everything your distributor’s schedule asks for, in the exact order it lists it. The order doesn’t move for what’s done and what isn’t, because that’s how your distributor reads it back.

  14. Certificate naming the distributor as additional insured Additional insured means the certificate covers them too, for what happens on your production. It goes out the same afternoon the E&O is placed. Waits on the E&O
