LESSEE shall name LESSOR as loss payee on all rented equipment at replacement cost, in an amount not less than Three Hundred Twelve Thousand Dollars ($312,000.00), and shall provide a certificate of insurance in the exact name of the entering entity, prior to release of any equipment from LESSOR’s facility.- The exact name of the entering entityThis is the line that sends other producers home from the counter.
